I am back and ready for week 5!!
So not much happened during week 4 with the half marathon training.
Week 5 Game Plan:
- Monday: 3.15 miles on treadmill (DONE!)
- Tuesday: AM workout
- Wednesday: 3 miles on treadmill
- Thursday: AM workout
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: 6-7 miles
- Sunday: Rest
Challenges:
- I am moving this week so I need to get my workouts done in the morning before work. It is going to be a
near impossiblechallenge to get me out of bed to be at the gym at 5am but I need to do it!
