Training Schedule Week 2: Here I Come

This week presents some challenges because there are a couple of nights I have to work late but I am going to try to work it out. I am hoping maybe I can go in an hour later to work and use that hour to go to the gym to get a workout in.
Here is my tentative plan for week 2:
  • Monday: Cardio dance class or 3 mile treadmill walk/jog
  • Tuesday: Treadmill – 45 minutes
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: Treadmill – 45 minutes
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 6 miles walk/jog outdoors
  • Sunday: Rest
